We accept returns on most items purchased directly from ModishCiteino within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The product is not on the list of non-returnable or final sale items, such as personalized or custom-made products.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@modishciteino.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Once you receive the RA number, please securely package the item(s) with the original receipt or proof of purchase and send it to the address provided.
  4. Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.
  • Restocking Fees: Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. This will be clearly stated in the product description or as part of the return policy.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please follow the return process and reorder the desired product separately. If you need to exchange for a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Opened or used music equipment, such as strings or reeds.
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly replace the defective item or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

7. Final Sale

Items marked as final sale or non-returnable cannot be returned or refunded.
