      • Pre-Orders & Backorders: If you have ordered an item that is out of stock or on pre-order, shipping times may be extended. You will be notified of any delays during the checkout process.

We offer several shipping options depending on your location and preference. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

      • Destination: Domestic shipping costs are based on your shipping address.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.

      • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods (e.g., Next-Day shipping). Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Please ensure that your address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been dispatched.

      • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or local postal carrier. We cannot be responsible for lost packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
